Returns Policy:

Our products are subject to a 30 day return policy from the date of delivery.

All returned items must be unwashed, unworn and the original hang tags must remain attached.

When returning items, please include proof of payment and the order number. These can be emailed to support@mondovitality.cz

All returns are subject to inspection.

Returns Procedure:

To make an online return, follow these easy steps:

1. Send an email to support@mondovitality.cz with the order number and the nature of the complaint.

2. Shipping is at Mondovitlity’s expense*.

3. You will receive an email containing a DHL label and instructions regarding how to return the item/s.

3. Place the item/s in a padded envelope and follow the instructions received in the email from our customer support team.

4. Tape the shipping label to the outside of the envelope and make sure that the barcode portion of the label is visible.

5. Once the envelope has been delivered to DHL, or collected by them, it can be tracked using the DHL website or application.

*Free shipping is only available from within the European Union.

Subject to your statutory rights, we cannot accept items that have been damaged, or show signs of use.
